Illegal walkout of the Finnish Aviation Union staff disturbs Finnair's traffic
on Monday 30 November. Finnair aims to operate Monday's flights normally, but
delays and individual cancellations are possible.
Passengers are advised to avoid taking baggage that needs to be checked in, if
possible. The use of internet and self service check-in kiosks is also
recommended. Finnair also advises passengers to arrive early to the airport.
Catering on flights may differ from normal due to the walkout.
Finnair will continuously update information about the strike on the internet
at www.finnair.com/info. Finnair will provide telephone service to customers on
+358 800 9 3466 and +358 600 140 140. Local call centres function normally.
Finnair also serves customers using text messages. Use of the internet is
recommended, because telephone services are likely to be busy.
Finnair apologises for any disruption and inconvenience to its customers
because of the walkout.
