Photographing Permits
A photographing permit is required for photo shoots taking place in Finnair's aircraft or at Helsinki-Vantaa Airport, if the pictures are to be published.
At the airport
Photographing permits for the public zone of the airport are granted by Finavia's Terminal Services, tel. +358 (0)9 8277 3105. If the photo shoot takes place in the airside zone, an access permit is also required. Access permits are granted by Finavia's Permit Office, tel. +358 (0)9 8277 3007.
On board flights
Permits for taking photographs for public use and video shoot sessions conducted during flight are issued by Finnair Flight Operations Department at address filmpermit(a)finnair.com.
