Photographing permits
A permit for photographing is not required for photo shoots of Finnair aircrafts, personel or establishments. The media representatives need an access permit and an escort for Finnair Technical Services, Catering and Cargo. For permit and escort contact Finnair Media Desk, +358 (0)9 818 4020 or media.desk(a)finnair.com.
On board flights
Permits for taking photographs for public use and video shoot sessions conducted during flight are issued by Finnair Flight Operations Department at address filmpermit(a)finnair.com.
At the airport
Photographing at the public zone (landside) of the airport is not limited. The media should notify the Helsinki-Vantaa airport PR-office prior to arrival, Tel. +358 (0)9 8277 3003. If the photo shoot takes place in the airside zone, an access permit is required. Access permits are granted by Finavia's Permit Office, tel. +358 (0)9 8277 3007.
