Finnair does not offer ab-initio pilot training. Our pilots are mainly selected from Finnish Aviation Academy.The training language is Finnish. Excellent Finnish language skills are required for every candidate.

Advanced pilot training is available from the Finnair Flight Training Center in their simulators and in aircraft. This training, as well as Safety and Inflight Service Training is provided also in English.
